Form Definition Maintenance

To resolve an issue that is preventing some forms from allowing versions to be added, we will be running a cleanup script on the form definition database on 24-April-2024 at 20:00 (UTC-4:00). There will not be any downtime as part of this activity. Validation of the script is documented in https://jira.openclinica.com/browse/OC-22549.


This script will set an internal flag to false for study design records where a form version had been attempted to be added but had failed and was never subsequently added successfully. The flag is currently null in this case and is preventing other form versions from being added. After the flag is set to the correct value, forms already in this state will no longer prevent versions from being added.


Note: The primary issue is logged as https://jira.openclinica.com/browse/OC-22483 and will be addressed with a permanent fix in a future release.
