Design forms with a drag-and-drop interface!

The Design button is available in Study Designer. While you can still use the Upload button to upload a form definition via spreadsheet, creating a form in Form Designer is an easy new option.

Customize your form by selecting a layout, adding items, creating groups of items, and even adding skip logic and edit checks. Preview your design directly within Form Designer, and keep drafts of your designs prior to adding them to your study as versions.

Content Library (Beta):

Use the Content Library (Beta) to easily add pre-made questions to your forms. You can also save your own questions to the library so that you can quickly add them to other forms. Instead of creating the same question from scratch each time you design a form, use the Content Library to add it instantly.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes:

This release also includes miscellaneous enhancements and bug fixes in Study Designer.
