Stack 11.7: What's New?
Form Content Library:
This release adds the Form Content Library to Study Designer. This is only accessible to Administrators.
Administrators maintain the Form Content Library for all studies in the customer domain. Administrators can save an item, set of items, or entire Form to the Form Content Library so that it can be used later.
Administrators can:
- Click the New button to create items or sets of items in the Library
- Upload Forms to the Form Content Library using a Form Definition Spreadsheet
- Edit or delete existing content in the Form Content Library
- Organize the Form Content Library into Collections and add Labels to manage and group the content
- Download content from the Form Content Library in a Form Definition spreadsheet
Once content is added to the Form Content Library, any user can add the content to a Form from Form Designer. In addition, any user can add a question to the Form Content Library from Form Designer.
Form Designer:
Form Designer now fills the browser window, providing more space to work with. Previews within Form Designer now also fill the browser window.
This release adds bulk actions to Form Designer, including Delete Selected Questions and Duplicate Selected Questions. You can also now use drag-and-drop functionality to move multiple items at once.
Appearance options in Form Designer have been updated for clarity, and Width is now a separate field for Forms with a Grid layout.
You can now create Forms with "Select One (External List)" (i.e., select_one_from_file) items. Forms with these items can now be opened in Form Designer. Note: Preview support has not yet been added.
Study Designer:
Event and Form OIDs now appear in Study Designer on the Event and Form Cards without requiring you to publish your study.
If you download a Form version or draft that has been edited in Form Designer, the columns in the downloaded spreadsheet now match the columns in the Form Template.
Performance Improvements and Bug Fixes:
Fixes various bugs in Form Designer and Study Designer.
